About Me
I am a licensed psychologist in Atlanta, Georgia. I received my masters and doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from the Georgia School of Professional Psychology. I have years of experience conducting psychotherapy and psychological testing for children, adolescents, and adults. I have worked in various treatment settings including private practices, school systems, college counseling centers, and government agencies. My current clinical interests include working with clients who struggle with: communication, relationships, difficult transitions, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and ADHD. In my free time, I enjoy spending quality time with friends and family, attending local concerts, and traveling to new places. I consider it a honor to help others achieve their goals while discovering hidden pieces of themselves. It would be my privilege to work with you.
My Approach
Today’s fast paced and technologically driven world sometimes makes it difficult to find the time to slow down and become aware of the present.
We often find ourselves feeling stuck, defeated, or in a state of uncertainty. I’ve found that in these moments, it helps to have someone to navigate life’s challenges with you.

The decision to enter therapy requires bravery and commitment, and I honor the strength required to take this step. I view the therapeutic relationship as two equals coming together to explore the events that brought you to your current state. I commit to providing a space for you that is safe, collaborative, and supportive. I believe in meeting the client right where they are and going at their pace. I recognize that effective therapy respects the individual’s beliefs and spiritual values. Therefore, I only ask that you bring your authentic self into the room.

I enjoy working with people to help them uncover patterns of behavior or thinking that were once functional and adaptive but now interfere with their personal growth. By addressing the underlying issues that are creating problems, we can create lasting change and transformation. I have specialized training in working with children, adolescents, and adults. I welcome clients working through life issues including, but not limited to, relationship challenges, identity formation, significant transitions, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, self-esteem, ADHD, and behavioural issues. In addition to individual therapy, I offer couples and family therapy where we work to develop a functional system that serves the needs of all parties involved. Finally, I administer a variety of standard psychological assessments. Psychological assessments can provide answers for academic functioning, accommodations, ADHD diagnosis, and cognitive strengths and weaknesses. Immigration hardship evaluations are also available upon request.

The overall goal of our work is to gain insight and self-awareness in an effort to foster personal growth and positive change. Each client comes in with a narrative that has defined his/her life up until this point. It is my mission to help you rewrite the narrative. If this is the type of environment you desire, I would be honored to take this journey with you.
